Readings say alot of Mothers are being robbed who were set up to be not needed case files, and bank robbers lie they got secret financial control of the familys money by the CPS DCFS case files and readings say they are doing this always to 10 Mothers times 80 areas of Southern California and in 10 States in America, and readings say they are robbing 10 business owners including me, and they steal checks sent to the people from Mail, and lie thats their pay for covering when they are covering for stealing and its a big game.

My Prophetic medium channeling readings say my money is being stolen by fraud papers sent to banks that say ” We are taking Miss N. Fox’s money because she had frivilous spending on things that were not necessary or needed in fall 2007 when she ran around buying things so fast without thinking with Wacovia loan money her Mom got her and we say that was dumb to do and she should not have imposed on an elder to get money so fast to spend it so quick and we did our mortgage broker banker investigation and say that is how we see it on our end and always have as in 2005 she updated a prefectly nice home she bought so fast that cost too much and we saw her update the flooring then run around and buy furnishings without thinking and we say it was frivilous spending on things that were not necessary or needed and we say she should have put all her money down on the house and not done any updates and we say she should have thought of her mortgage balance and interest paid each month instead of keeping one hundred thousand in equity from her two story home in the bank to spend on updating and furnishings and we say that was dumb and not practical therefore we are taking her money because of the way she spent money in the past as we investigated what she bought and because when her Mom got the Wacovia loan in fall 2007 Miss N. Fox said she intended to build a guest unit room and bath with some of the loan money and did not follow through and we say she just said that to get money fast to spend it quick and put the elder in the lurch and we say that was very wrong thereby we are taking her paypal, cash app, venmo by hacking equipment and her postal cash and ups fed ex deliverys as we see them on security cameras and run with the papers that say we have authority to take everything and put it in many secret accounts and say we will not change our minds so do not think of putting her money in her bank accounts which we say we own because of her past behavior as we agreed on this by her actions in 2005 and then saw her buy alot again in fall 2007 and do not mention this to Miss Nancy Gail Fox as we are coveing finances secretly and say we have Power of Attorney also due to the DCFS case file in spring 09 and we say so what the lies were dismissed in 09 and her older daughter turned 18 and was dismissed from the case in 09 and so what it was closed in July 2010 in Court we say too bad, we say we got control of her funds years ago by seeing how she spent money so fast and alot at once, and we say we got full aurhority and a POA so do not fall for any papers that says shes ruled Not gravely disabled in early Nov 09 and the POA she gave her daughters in 2014 when they were both adults, as we say thats impossible as we say we got POA before then secetly by setting up a DCFS case file in early 2009, and we say the papers say we got POA over the Mother and childrens money, and do not care if they are adults and Mothers themselves, we say any case file family we got POA over, and do it secretly and we say she had too much money in 2005 from her house she sold, and we say that was wrong to spend alot on a new family home, and think they should have stayed in that home as we hate Moms who get divorced and buy a new house and we say shes not fully divorced either as she so claims, and we say do not fall for that divorce restored maiden name paper either as we say her name is not changed and we say it was Nancy F Taylor and never with a hypen, and we have said Miss N Taylor to the banks for years and now say it is N. Fox, and we did not know she got a full divorce Oct 4th, 2005 as many of our papers say her name is Nancy F Taylor and we are taking her funds so deposit them in these account numbers as we say she’s not capable of managing money well” From the Private Mortgage Banker Financial Investigator.

The true story is I do not have frivilous spending at all in my life, and I am very good with investing my money and running my finances, and never had any problem paying monthly bills in my life, and paid the monthly household bills for many years by budgeting very well, and I worked hard as a single Mom real estate agent, and made a good living selling homes and estates, and paid the household bills for my family for many years alone as a single Mom in the suburbs, and I worked harder than most people to earn a good living and I always had normally 3 or 4 real estate listings and alot of buyers, and everything was always fine and prosperous until Gang Stalking started, and our mail box was vandalized, knocked on the ground two times, and my suv was broken into May 9 2006 and $500.00 worth of personal property was stolen by the car break in theft in our driveway at the one story house I bought in May June 2005 and I worked harder than I ever did in my life in 2005 as first I updated the two story house to sell it to get a good price to buy another house for my Mother to live with my daughters and I as she told me in around 2001 she wanted to live with us instead of buying an attached one story near us and instead of an elder care, so for 4 years I searched for a home to buy and wrote many offers all the while I was updating the two story house to sell it to buy another house for my Mother to live with us, and I did exterior paint, and put a new tile roof on with an escrow check I made selling homes and that was $18,000.00 I spent for the roof and I had tile floors done in the two story house, and landscaped myself, and years of work went into it to get it ready to sell, and in 2004 I refinanced it to get $20,000.00 of my home equity out to do new carpet paint and tile to get it ready to list and sell , and I ran around getting carpet samples. paint samples, and tile for the kitchen, and got estimates to get the work done, and had it done in Feb 05 all very planned, and I got dumpster’s, and packed and you name it all the while I was taking care of my two daughters, driving them everywhere and selling homes and estates at the same time, and I felt like the busiest person in the world in 2005 and then bought a one story for about 1 million that I qualified for, and I had the down payment from my real estate commission income I made selling homes and estates and from my equity in my two story home, and I bought the one story home and had the down, the income, and fico score, and loan approval and then I updated that house with my two story house equity and had flooring done, and pavers, and bought furniture for the family room dining area with my money that was very necessary and needed, as the whole point was to do the house for my daughters to enjoy it in thier teenage years and for my Mom to enjoy it with us as she was supposed to live there instead of an elder care and thats the reason I bought the one story house in 05 that I started looking for in 2002, and I got a small one story in an estate neighborhood that had larger homes for millions so I knew it was a great investment for my money, and I knew it would be worth 2 million by updating it and by adding on, and that was my goal to update it and have it worth 2 million, and for us to enjoy our family life there in the family room dining area and everything got ruined because of gang stalkers, and I bought a dated original house and updated it and planned for 4 years to buy a dated original house to update it to make it the way I wanted, and that was always my plan, instead of paying more for an updated house, and I knew about these things from being a professional real estate expert, and the house I bought in 2005 was right by the street I had turned on since 1997 when we started at the Elementary School there, so everyday for years that is where I turned and drove right past the Street where I ended up buying a house, and my daughter took Irish Dance at the Church that was on the Street when she was very young, and I showed a house on the street as a realtor, so I knew the Street very well and the neighborhood and values as I always looked at homes in that neighborhood for years as I became a realtor in 1999 and the point is I knew it inside and out, the lot size, tract code, and I knew I could update this original house and make it look the way I want a house to look for our family home, and my mortgage brokers said put $225,000.00 down on the house and you can spend the $100.000.00 in the bank thats your two story equity money on furnishings and updating, and have reserves in the bank, and they got me a neg am loan and my payment was about $2,650.00 a month, like paying rent, and I thought perfect my payment will be low until my daughters are older and my Mom moves in then I will make more as a realtor as I will be able to work more hours, as the mortgage brokers said the payment would go up in about 7 years and perfect I thought, so i measured for a bathroom cabinet sink and a desk for the dining area for my daughters to do homework on lap tops and for me to work as a real estate agent, and I got the number of pavers needed for the guest bath update, and to do pavers on the fireplace etc. and I made lists, and itemized the costs did a budget added it up. and I went to Home Depot with my measurements and a tape measure literally in my purse as I was a Costume Designer professional wardrobe shopper for many years, and I am a shopping expert, and an expert at budgeting also, and I went to Home Depot and bought pavers, and a cabinet and sink and literally put it in my SUV myself, and worked so hard in 2005 updating 2 houses in 1 year, and did more then humanly possible my readings say thats what the bank robbers say, who could not comprehend being so together and organized and hard working to do so much at one time, and I got flooring samples. and chair cushions with measurements lists and my budget, and it was all very planned, and I said I am spending about fifty grand of my two story equity updating the house, and I am spending three thousand of my money on furniture, and I had the updating done before we moved our furniture in from the two story as that saved money, as otherwise I would have spent another five hundred moving furniture in and out, and I invested my hard earned money in the family home I bought for our family life, and hurried around shopping with lists, measurements and my budget with a tape measure in my purse and thats a fact and I am an expert at budgeting as I did budgets when I was a Costume Designer for many years.

In fall 2007 agents were told there was going to be a slow real estate year ahead, and this was the Global Financial Crisis from fall 07 to spring 09 where buyers could not get a loan to buy a house, I told my Mom in person, and she said ” I can get you a loan ! I don’t want you to sell the house” as she planned to live in the house instead of an elder care and that is why I bought the one story in 2005 after shopping for it and writing offers on similar dated houses for 4 years before then, and I said that was so great she could get  me a loan, and I said I could use it to consolidate debt, and to update the house to refinance it as my Mortgage brokers told me to update the house for the Appraisal they told me to do more updating and to go to Home Goods and buy more decorative items for the Appraisal as I put in for a streamline refinance to consolidate monthly debt to prepare for the Global Financial Crisis, to refinance while they were still doing loans, and while I had the real estate income to refinance and that is why I updated the house in fall 2007, all very planned with measurements lists a budget, for the Appraisal for a Streamline Refinance, and Streamline means you keep your loan balance the same, so I would have kept my payment around $2650.00 to $3,000.00 for another 7 to 10 years, so I thought as a very smart person I better hurry and refi while they are still doing loans before the market freezes up , as a real estate expert, so my Mom got a Wacovia loan for me in fall 07 for around one hundred thousand with a payment of $120.00 a month so it would not affect her finances at all, and I told her I wanted to build a guest unit bathroom with the money and add on to the house but due to circumstances I could not, I thought I can’t do that now, I need the money to live on and to get through the Global Financial Crisis Frozen real estate market, and I told my Mom I could not add the guest unit bath yet, and there was a bedroom in the house for her, and the guest unit may have been for a maid caregiver for my Mom and a guest unit rental later as there would have been steps going down to it, not good for an elder and I did everything for my Mom, and for my daughters as they had large bedrooms and a large bathroom with double sinks and a laundry room in between and it was perfect for them for teenage young adult years and I planned to have it as our family home forever. 

Stalking went on in 2008 on top of the Global Financial Crisis frozen real estate market where homes were not selling because buyers could not get a loan, and my Mother got memory loss in May 2008 and lost her Drivers License due to the Memory loss diagnosis as her Memory Doctor sent a letter to the Department of Motor Vehicles and took her Drivers License away, so due to that I took three half days a week off from selling homes and estates, as I drove my Mom around half an hour away in Sherman Oaks, as a good devoted daughter who would do anything for my Mother, I am the one who always stayed in L A County near her, and she would have moved in with us in 2008 summer when she got memory loss but due to the stalkers I was afraid for her to move out to the suburbs, and I was waiting to see what is going on with this stalking? after a car break in theft,and mail box vandalism, and our cats went missing in 2008 when stalkers had been there so that all affected my income on top of the Global Financial Crisis Frozen loan market. and my Mom loosing her Drivers License, and that was 2008 and I thought thank God my Mom got the Wachovia loan as its allowing me to drive her around, and to get through this year and I thought a hundred thousand is nothing as she is going to live with us instead of paying a hundred thousand a year for an elder care in 10 years that a million dollars and I am paying the Wachovia loan back anyway, $120.00 a month big deal I thought, its allowing me to take care of my family and to get through this year until the market picks up which it did in spring 09 I had 4 listings and 7 buyers and I would have made three hundred thousand on that alone, and that was the first half of 09, and I secured the Wachovia LOAN against my inheritance, so it would not have affected a flea, it allowed me to get through this time as planned out of the goodness of my Moms heart and soul, and she died a few years ago, and never got to move in the one story home like she planned and we planned to have our happy family life there. I was lied about to DCFS in spring 09 and the lies were dismiss without prejudice in 09 in Court and my older daughter was dismiss from the DCFS case in summer 09 because she became an adult in 09 and turned 18 years old, and the case was closed in July 2010, and my younger daughter was 15 then and got legally emancipated not long after that, so no one could lie they got control of the mother and children’s money by the not needed liar DCFS case file because no one could have. I was POA on my moms checking since age 18 and POA in ink from 2007, and I gave my daughters a business general Power of Attorney in 2014 when they were 19 and 23 years old so no one could lie they have a Power of Attorney because they don’t. Readings say they planned to set me up to DCFS to do I D Theft to rob me blind, and planned to run me into a not needed psych eval by framing me with lies to DCFS, and I was diagnoised NOT gravely disabled NOT a danger to myself or others by a Superior Court hearing that ruled my diagnosis around my 50th Birthday in 2009 the first week of November and my older daughter was 18 then, and my readings say they all call this the Happy Birthday Son of God conspiracy, that they planned for years to set me up on my 50th birthday to steal money sent on Brinks trucks with notes attached that say ” Nancy Gail Fox needs her owned money because she’s doing her Son of God save life on earth mission channeling and 20 percent is divided among her children to great grandchildren and Nancy Fox’s money is to be deposited into her account ONLY” in capitol letters, and the mortgage broker woman lying to banks with fraud slanderous papers heard of the Brinks truck money, and wanted to get a hold of it, and readings say she stole $100,000.00 from my bank accounts from 2005 to 2009 a little at at time, she robbed my readings say my real estate commission money and my two story house equity while she stole one hundred thousand of my hard earned money from me another stole 8 work calls from my cell by bugging it, while others hacked starting in 07 and stole my work emails while others stole my angel board channeling jobs and brinks trucks slips out of our mail box on a post while the cell phone bugger stole ups and fed exes off our porch at 9 am, and readings say that is what Gang Stalkers did, planned it out, to take a hard working family orientated single Mom down to set me up to DCFS by lying to do I D Theft, and made up a big liar story and lied ” that house cost too much, we gotta run them out” and readings say they filed fake liens at Post Offices and have stolen over 19 years of my Angel Board channeling jobs and questions and money, and brinks trucks money, and then in 2009 proceeded to rob me in the San Fernando Valley, and have stolen my Medium For God Prophet channel writer mail since 2009. my Prophet thank you gifts, gift cards, gift cars, mortgage money, Prophet writer rent money since fall 2012, paypal since April 4th 2013 by hacking, and every penny with fraud slanderous lies to banks.
