The rule of law is unconstitutional, because the rule of law is a custom and an establishment of religion from the bible. The rule of law is unconstitutional, because the intent of the Nation is the Declaration of Independence, and the intent of the Nation and the job of the public employees is to secure the unalienable rights of the people to their own life, liberty, and happiness. The rule of law is warfare waged on the unalienable rights of the people to their own life, liberty, and happiness, where the people do not vote for any of the laws, the laws are imposed and forced on the People with conquest and violence. Whereas the rule of law is rape as other people force their will on the People, with out their consent with violence. The 13th Amendment made slavery law, as the 14th Amendment makes assault of the People legal with acts of violence from both political parties. The People never surrendered sovereignty in 1776 or 1787, it was taken with violence, as both political parties rape the people with tyranny. The People never consented to be attacked and making being raped a part of being a citizen of the nasion is unjust to the People and the nation. Whereas there are 6,000 subsections in 18 USC, as there are 30,000 laws. The People of America are not lawyers. The Government of the United States inc is here by so ordered to repeal jurisdiction and stop attacking the People and the Republic with tyranny. Crime does not affect 97% of the People. Making and supporting America being a policestate is treason, as the intent of this nation is declared in the Declaration of Independence, and it is founded and declared in the 2nd Paragraph of the Declaration of Independence, the founding Document of America, that it is the peoples and your duty and right to repeal such customs of treasonous corruption.
