In 2018 Sarah Westall put Timothy Charles Holmseth into contact with a former CIA agent named Robert David Steele. Westall told Holmseth that Steele might be able to help Holmseth obtain an attorney.  Robert David Steele did in fact put Holmseth into contact with his attorney, Steven Scott Biss. In 2018, as Robert David Steele was promoting Timothy Charles Holmseth as a potential client to his (Steele’s) attorney Steven Scott Biss, Steele developed Holmseth into a witness who was scheduled to testify about Jeffrey Epstein, Ukraine, and child sex traffickers from Florida; testimony to be given before the International Tribunal for Natural Justice (ITNJ) in England.

On March 12, 2018, Steele received a reply to a communication he made to the high-ranking members of the judicial community in Polk County, Minnesota wherein Holmseth was being framed for non-existent crimes regarding his publishing. Steele advised Judge Tamara Yon, County Attorney Greg Widseth, East Grand Forks Chief of Police Michael Hedlund, East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad, and others, that Holmseth was a protected Crimes Against Humanity witness of the ITNJ. One of Timothy Charles Holmseth’s contacts regarding the ITNJ was an associate of Robert David Steele named Sacha Stone.

Sacha Stone was reportedly raped alongside Elon Musk and other 10-year-old boys by Cardinal Timothy Dolan at Vanderbilt Mansion in Asheville, North Carolina.
