Who to Trust and Not Trust in, "A Business Setting"
When it comes to Business , you got to know who you can and cannot trust, and who you can or cannot share information with .
The reason for this topic, is because being simply nice and doing your job can make you a target because you have jealous people that will try everything in there power to hurt your reputation within a company and get you fired .
People like that are on Power train with an Ego for power. and sometimes even job scared or THEY SIMPLY DON’T LIKE YOU LIKE A BULLY WOULD HAVE THE SAME MENTALITY . The only way to deal with this type of behavior is call Corporate or the CEO himself and explain to him or her whats going on with business and have them to look into it. Make sure you choose your friends wisely.
Make sure they don’t plan to roll out the politics on you and cost you
a .) your job
b.) keep safe distance from your opponents
c.) try not to talk to your enemies they are not there to help you they are there to hurt you.
Also , there will be a time where you may just walk off the job and quit to avoid drama and negativity . All you do there is move onto the next job lined up and just let people think about what they have done and if a job ever wants you back that’s where it becomes negotiation time on your pay rate or salary lets say your making $10.00/hr You simply say if you want me back I want my pay to be $12.00/hr if the company doesn’t agree then they don’t really need you back and say I want to move on and I’m not coming back .
