If you are wanting to decorate a Christmas tree you can use anything and everything. Christmas trees can be simple or elaborate. Some trees have popcorn strung on them and others have ornaments. If you are planning to place ornaments on your Christmas tree eBay is a great way to find ornaments that are within your budget.
Picking out ornaments take time. You want an ornament that is just as special as that special moment in life that you want to remember. I browse the collectable section first, then the home and garden section and last I search the craft section under Christmas Ornaments on eBay. Don’t think all you will be buying and looking at will be used ornaments. I have sold and bought brand new ornaments on eBay.
Holiday (Christmas) Trees that have ornaments can be themed. I have a red and gold style tree. I have been developing my theme for years. I call my tree a Memory Tree. Every time my family and I go to a different vacation spot or do something new I like to buy an ornament to remember that event. I have a wedding ornament, Mommy to be ornaments, first day of school ornaments, sport ornaments, plus many more.
On each ornament I like to write somewhere on that ornament the date, place and the name of the family member that it belongs to. Every year I can’t wait to get out the ornaments and reminisce about each one. If you do a memory tree, try to find filler ornaments that are very cheap like balls and bells just so your tree will not look empty as you make memories. I also try to stay within my color theme that I have set for our tree. Sometimes some ornaments go out of that color theme and that is okay for me.
