Insiders plan to continue the End Game for as long as it continues to enrich them.
For about 3 to 4 years independent market analysts have been predicting a global financial crash and getting the timing wrong all along. Most are surprised that the asset bubbles have continued to expand for so long and market prices have risen to all-time-highs in most sectors of the market. But this is no surprise to those who understand the public mind-set and know that most people simply trust the government, believe all the mainstream news and blindly follow the advice of their investment advisors. We are seeing incredible wealth creation out of nothing for the lucky few who know the game and their Utopia can continue forever if public participation or ignorance allows it to do so. US Stock market prices are growing at around 35% to 45% per annum and prime property prices at around 15% per annum, which was unheard of in previous decades when interest rates for loans were similar to inflation rates. Here’s the explanation for the limitless growth in the house of cards economy of fiat currency.
When a small group (the privileged few insiders) can borrow interest free or nearly free cash from banks to invest in a bubble blowing asset market they are almost guaranteed to continue making huge profits forever. As long as they cash in a proportion of their profit earnings after about 3 years (that’s all it might take in the present business environment) to pay back the original loan, they will soon accumulate enough profit to become debt free. Then take another loan and invest a second profit paying sum that accumulates profits alongside what’s left of the previous investment after paying back the loan. This iteration can be repeated as many times as the bubble blowing asset market keeps rising. With each iteration their debt is reduced as a proportion of total wealth in terms of fiat currency and their net wealth accumulation just keeps growing. At regular intervals these insiders can also convert a small proportion of their growing invested wealth into property, goods and services to finance an extravagant lifestyle. Provided there are enough outsiders who over-extend themselves with debt pinned to higher interest rates, there will always be bargains for the lucky few wealthy insiders to scoop from unfortunate liquidations or default repossessions. For the super-wealthy, the cost of an extravagant lifestyle is a small fraction of the original loan which they can repay in a few years. For the rest of the world the loan can never be repaid. So the super-wealthy are literally laughing all the way to the bank.
The following is needed for the wealth creating system to keep working:-
1. The group of insiders must be the only ones that have the privilege of borrowing interest free or nearly free cash.
2. The insiders must remain a fairly small and tight circle and everyone else must pay higher interest rates for loans.
3. The group of insiders must be growing at a pre-planned and controlled rate so that new-comers to the circle support the bubble blowing program and finance the old school of insiders. As long as new-comers to the group of insiders only grow the inner circle in proportion with the growth in global production of natural resources, manufactured goods and services, the system will remain sustainable.
4. The insiders must buy and control the press and governments. They must finance and use academics, government officials and journalists to convince everyone that debt creation is the right way to “grow the economy and get everyone rich.” That’s how they ensure enthusiastic public participation in the bubble blowing program.
6. The bubble blowing program must be continued for long enough to allow the old school of insiders to pay back their original loans well before anyone else can do so. The longer the better !!! Even indefinitely if possible.
Once the system is working and the naive public and trusting, educated masses are sucked into the racket and follow the Pied Piper, there’s no reason for stopping it or changing anything. The whole system is totally corrupt and unfair – the rich will get richer and the poor will always remain poor and powerless. As long as the insiders continue to control the press, universities and governments there’s no hope of any change.
