North Jakarta Secretary, Abdul Khalid mentioned, today’s Great Harvest in North Jakarta involved 56 urban farming locations and 31 urban villages.
“Alhamdulillah, today we can hold the Great Harvest at Rooftop Walkot Farm, by harvesting agricultural, fisheries, and livestock commodities,” he conveyed on Wednesday (3/19).
According to him, the yields will be distributed to locations in need, coordinated by the North Jakarta TP PKK.
“Hopefully, today’s harvest will benefit the community, help maintain food security, and provide nutritional fulfillment for families,” he expressed.
Khalid further explained that the Great Harvest is part of an effort to support the Jakarta Governor’s 100-Day Work Program, particularly in controlling food price inflation during Ramadan and ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1446 Hijri.
