Enrique L.A. and Patricia T.V. have already been indicted for the crime of carrying firearms for the exclusive use of the Army and crimes against health, a case that went to a federal judge.
This Sunday, December 31, a new trial hearing will be held against Enrique López Acosta aka El Cumbias, now for the alleged crime of vehicle theft.
On this occasion, the Public Prosecutor’s Office will seek to prove his alleged participation in the crime of vehicle theft.
In criminal case 4409/2023, Enrique L.A. and his companion Patricia T.V. are accused of being responsible for the crimes of carrying firearms for the exclusive use of the Army, as well as crimes against health.
For the two accusations mentioned above, both individuals have already been indicted and the case has been handed over to a federal judge, due to the nature of the crimes.
Within the same criminal case, they are also accused of vehicle theft, which is a common law crime and for which a new trial hearing will be held on December 31.
The procedural stage will take place behind closed doors and will be held in the facilities of Cereso #1 of Aquiles Serdán, at 12:00 noon.
It is worth mentioning that it was on December 1st when Enrique and Patricia were driving a Chevy Malibu, allegedly with a theft report, reason for which they were detained, and upon inspection of the vehicle, two 9mm caliber pistols were found, as well as 3,360 milligrams of cocaine.
