The candidates questioned the government on several unfulfilled promises made by previous administrations:
The failure to provide 24 crore jobs over 12 years, despite assurances of 2 crore jobs per year.
The unfulfilled promise of depositing Rs 15 lakh into every white ration cardholder’s account.
The lack of new industries and job opportunities for millions of unemployed youth.
The neglect of real public welfare in favour of caste, religion, and regional politics.

They pointed out the worsening conditions of marginalized communities, citing instances where people lost their lives due to unemployment and hunger. They emphasized the struggles of job-seeking graduates burdened with debts and the plight of employees facing salary and pension delays.

Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS) funds have not been deposited for 16 months.
Pending Dearness Allowances (DAs) and Pay Revision Commission (PRC) recommendations.
Delayed salary increments since July 2023.

Treat public grievances as their own and fight for timely resolutions.
Advocate for industrial development and job creation to provide employment for lakhs of youth.
Push for the timely release of recruitment notifications for DSC jobs every year.
Work towards making contractual employees permanent and securing job stability for part-time staff in various government sectors.
