The term “natural born citizen” originates within the foundational documents and writings use to compose the U.S. Constitution. Chapter 212 of the Law of Nations explicitly states that a Natural born citizen is one born of citizen parents AND that the childs citizenry is determined by the father.
Since Constitutional language established precedence of common understanding of the term, just as our legal language does today, the definition of the term is also of common understanding, like our legal statutes are today.
A natural born citizen is one born of natural law which establishes as individual’s citizenship status by three chracteristics. Natural geography, natural biology and continuity. Therefore, one who is born under the natural circumstances of a geographic location which is under the protection of the U.S. Constitution to TWO parents who are at least NATURALIZED citizens of the U.S. at the time of birth, AND having maintained that status without interruption by expatriation, extradition or foreign adoption (renouncement of citizenship) is, by the exaction of fact, a natural born citizen.
The 14th amendment was ratified 100+ year AFTER the predominance of Article II and applied to recently freed slaves, not presidential candidates. Denial of this universal and simplistic truth is tantamount to willful ignorance and radicalized, endemic extremism to the contrary.
Prepare your mind for what is coming. It would serve you better to embrace the consequences of this fraud and ally yourself with truth and intellectual acuity.
