The Trump Administration has halted military aid to Ukraine while there is a complete audit and investigation. This is to look into the complete disappearance of vast stores of equipment and money so I think rather than trying to terminate outright, Trump has simply stopped it. There are various storage areas left in Poland, Lithuania and Romania up and down the borders, and nothing is moving across the border into Ukraine for the time being. That is not necessarily linked to the 90-day freeze of foreign aid, and it could last much longer as they try to investigate this disaster in Ukraine.
I do not know if the flow of US dollars has been curtailed, and that is a big issue because it helps to sustain the graft and corruption which keeps the Ukrainian government operating and the Ukrainian Army operating. There is also some evidence just reported, not sure where it came from that zilinski and Putin are supposedly prepared to talk to each other. Perhaps that also has something to do with pressure from President Trump on President Zilinski. I think what we are witnessing right now is President Trump instead of making a frontal attack on the sacred cow of Ukrainian Aid is finding a way to make a flank attack. find a way to stop or disrupt the Ukraine conflict in favor of an audit and investigation without outright stopping it and avoid an immediate confrontation. President Trump has fired all of the key people involved in Ukraine military aid in the Department of Defense which is another good move.
