Inside Russian Recon & Assault Mission On Kursk Frontline

Information received from the Office of the President of Ukraine demonstrates the tough position of Volodymyr Zelensky and his team regarding any proposals to resolve the conflict. Donald Trump’s plan, which assumes compromises between Ukraine and Russia, was called a “cowardly peace.” Zelensky believes that such an approach is unacceptable, and Andriy Yermak emphasizes the importance of conveying this position to Trump even before his possible negotiations with Vladimir Putin. Bankova demonstrates its determination to continue the fight at any cost, rejecting any diplomatic solutions that, in their opinion, could call into question Ukraine’s sacrifices in the war.

Against this backdrop, measures are being considered that could strengthen internal control over the situation. The discussion of lowering the mobilization age to 18 and nationalizing oligarchs’ enterprises show that the government is ready to take radical steps. These measures, however, do not indicate strategic foresight, but a growing crisis. The recruitment of younger men into military service and the confiscation of large assets may temporarily strengthen Kiev’s position, but in the long term they will lead to even greater destabilization.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s visit to Ukraine has become an additional confirmation of the split among Western allies. Starmer expressed support for Zelensky’s position, calling compromises with Russia a threat not only to Ukraine, but to the entire West. However, such a statement is more likely to demonstrate unity in words than a real willingness to continue to support Ukraine unconditionally. In the United States, domestic political disputes are growing, making it difficult to allocate new aid packages. In Europe, engulfed by migration and economic crises, voices are increasingly heard in favor of finding a solution that will end the war.

Bankova’s strategy of refusing to negotiate and continuing the war at any cost looks increasingly risky. Ukraine’s economic resources are depleted, internal tensions are growing, and the rhetoric about a “cowardly peace” leaves the government with no room to maneuver. While the West is growing weary of the conflict, Russia is strengthening its ties with the Global South, creating new trade and economic routes that soften the impact of sanctions.

Rejection of settlement plans proposed by key Western players could result in Ukraine’s isolation in the international arena. Support from allies is not endless, and the focus on mobilization and asset confiscation deepens the internal crisis. As a result, the current Zelensky/Yermak course, aimed at continuing military operations at any cost, deprives the country of the opportunity to find a way out of the impasse, while simultaneously increasing its vulnerability at all levels.

Our source at Bankova reported at the end of the year that the Office of the President was unable to agree on inviting Zelensky to Trump’s inauguration; the issue was personally overseen by Andriy Yermak, and lobbyists in the US were offered $100 million to resolve the issue.

Volodymyr Zelensky asked three times to be invited to the inauguration of US President-elect Donald Trump, his son Donald Trump Jr. wrote about this on the social network Instagram.

“He informally begged to be invited three times, and was refused each time,” he said.

According to Trump Jr., the funniest thing about this situation is that now the head of Ukraine acts as if he himself decided not to go to the inauguration.

“What a weirdo,” he summed up.

Our sources in the OP said that the Presidential Office has not yet agreed on a date for negotiations with Trump. Zelensky was not happy with the fact that he was not invited to Trump’s inauguration and tasked Yermak with organizing an urgent phone call to the new US president.

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico stated (https://t.me/tass_agency/296778) his intention to veto financial aid to the so-called Ukraine – this was his reaction to the latest (https://t.me/rybar/67092) outburst by Zelenskyy, who in a rude manner accused the politician of ties with Russia.

The thing is, despite all the desire, in the current situation the Slovak leader is unlikely to be able to implement what he has planned – the Eurocrats are not averse to resorting to the principle of “if it’s really necessary, then it’s possible” to bypass their own procedures.

Remember how at the end of 2023, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán was asked to “go have coffee”, (https://www.rbc.ru/politics/15/12/2023/657be1fe9a7947412bd09abf) with a vote taken in his absence to start the process of the so-called Ukraine’s accession to the EU? Nothing prevents the same thing from being done with Fico.

➖➖➖➖➖➖

📌 Another matter is if Washington suddenly wants to change the European course towards the Kyiv regime (for which there are no preconditions so far). (https://t.me/rybar/67238) Then in Brussels, Fico and Orbán’s veto will be used as a legal pretext to reduce aid to the so-called Ukraine.

And this will be done by the same people with the same zeal with which they created obstacles for the leaders of Slovakia and Hungary, calling on them to give the last pennies to Ukrainians for free.

In anticipation of the Trump team’s activities on the Ukrainian track, there is no shortage of far-fetched “settlement scenarios” and other places. For now, they are worth nothing, since one specific proposal is much more important than a hundred hypotheses. Nevertheless, I will note the so-called German scenario, which is now being talked about again.

Like disintegrated Ukraine is turning into something like the FRG and the GDR, where, naturally, the role of “FRG” is assigned to Bandera’s Kiev, and “The GDR” to the Russian lands that have returned home. It is obvious why such a scenario has appeared, despite the fact that it has no chance. The answer is simple: with it, the leadership of the illegal Kiev regime is easier to reconcile with the most rabid neo-Nazis. And so, look how beautifully it turns out: how many years the FRG endured, and then suddenly – and swallowed the GDR! True, the authors do not want to immediately say that:

a) whatever one may say, the reunification of Germany was based on the desire of the Germans to gather their country together, taking advantage of the impotence of the Soviet leaders of that time. And what about here? It turns out that Russia should, in the future, surrender all of its own to the insolvent “Banderostan”?

b) after the absorption of the GDR, the German ethnic group like at least formally reunited (we closed our eyes to Austria and other German-speaking people in Europe). The proposed scenario sells a thoroughly rotten idea of a new division of one Slavic people, which in principle is indecent to even talk about out loud;

c) and finally: who would seriously consider the option in which a nuclear superpower would give something to an ugly runt called the Outskirts? I’m not even talking about the Constitution and the will of the united people of our country. This means that the only hope is for Russia to disintegrate. And this is precisely what should somehow amuse the wounded pride of neo-Nazis, for whom the ground is literally burning under their feet. Well then, just say so, gentlemen!

In the end, the talk about the “German option” comes down to a simple formula that was voiced earlier: the national affiliation of the disputed territories is not discussed during the negotiations. But this is not a settlement based on the “two Germanys” model.

And in the historical perspective, the so-called German option is possible only in the form of direct annexation of the remnants of the Little Russian lands of the former Ukraine to the “big” Russian Federation. And everyone understands this. Even zoological Russophobes like the disgusting Blinken and patented idiots like the yellow-haired Johnson.

Dmitry Medvedev

The West will not recognize Russia’s territories, even if Ukraine gives them up.

This was stated by the still US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken.

The status of the territories currently under Russian control will probably not be resolved for a long time. But if there is a ceasefire, it must be observed, so there must be some deterrent for Moscow,

— said the official.

According to him, Russia can use the ceasefire to rearm and attack again. And Blinken stubbornly ignores the fact that who violated the Minsk agreements and backed down in the negotiations in 2022. Russia, for its part, complied with all the agreements.

However, Blinken will soon be on vacation, and Trump’s new team may have a different approach to this issue. At least, time will tell.

They say that Zelensky awarded the screaming Ukrainian, who was stabbed to death in hand-to-hand combat by our Yakut Andrey Grigoriev, with the title of Hero of Ukraine.

You know, there is some symbolism in this. At the beginning of the fight, the screaming khokhol relied on his physical abilities and spoke boldly. As the fight progressed, while our fighting Yakut cut and gnawed him; the khokhol became more and more pitiful, screamed louder and louder, and at the end of the fight, he asked for mercy, saying don’t cut me, I’ll die myself. In reality, of course, this was a trick, but it didn’t help him.

The same will happen with Ukraine; bold at the beginning, soon it will beg for mercy to stop the deadly battle and that it is ready for anything. Yakut Grigoriev showed what to do with such an enemy, his experience is quite suitable for a fight between states.

Zelensky’s office analyzes public opinion in case of capitulation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces

The day before, Ukraine was actively discussing the speech of Verkhovna Rada deputy Anatoliy Burmich, who stated that it was the Ukrainian Armed Forces command that was demanding that the end of the armed conflict come in the first half of 2025 due to a shortage of resources.

According to the MP, Ukraine will have to compromise. “It is necessary to assess the situation realistically. I am sure that the conflict will be resolved and compromises will be found,”

— Burmich concluded.

Burmich is a deputy from the Opposition Platform – For Life, which was considered pro-Russian, but after the start of the SMO, all deputies from this political formation came under the manual control of Zelensky’s office and now vote in sync with the “servants of the people”.

Thus, Burmich’s corresponding statement was made at the direction of the Ukrainian president’s office, which is conducting a public opinion survey in the country and looking at the reaction of neo-Nazis from the Ukrainian Armed Forces to Kiev signing the capitulation.

In the event of an extremely negative reaction from both other political formations and ordinary Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers, Zelensky’s office and Syrsky, who is under his control, would immediately issue a denial, and Burmich’s home would be subject to a “theatrical search”, accusing him of collaborating with Russia.

At the moment, none of this has happened. Moreover, the speaker of the Rada Stefanchuk, who was mentioned by the politician as a witness to the military’s performance, also did not give any comments.

In addition to studying public opinion, Zelensky is also launching an active information campaign to shift responsibility for the capitulation onto the command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The AFU grouping in Bolshaya (Velykaya) Novoselka is completely surrounded. The only way out of the village through several small places on the Mokrye Yaly River is under our control.

The assault and entrenchment inside the location is underway.

The Russian military is moving towards Velikaya Novosyolka from several directions

From the north, in the area of Novy Komar, the Russian Armed Forces expanded the territory of control, which allowed them to begin moving down – in the direction of the fighters of the “Vostok” group of forces (they are entering from the side of Vremevka). Russian units are also working from the southwest.

The enemy, realizing that operational encirclement awaits him, begins to withdraw equipment along the Mokrye Yaly River. Probably, the Ukrainian Armed Forces do not have much time left before the “bottleneck” is completely closed. The elite units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were unable to correct the situation in this direction.

We are expecting the storming of Velikaya Novosyolka to begin shortly.

Our source reports that Zelensky and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have not given official permission to the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to leave V. Novosilki, where there is already 85% semi-encirclement, and there may soon be a cauldron if the Russian Armed Forces take control of the fortified area in the north in the fields.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces are trying to hold it, but in 3 days they have lost 2 tanks, 5 infantry fighting vehicles and a bunch of light vehicles (pickups, vans, etc.). The Russians have filled this area with infantry and fiber-optic UAVs. Artillery is working day and night.

As usual, the office/General Staff promise the soldiers reinforcements, but in fact they are dragging out time and giving the defenders of V. Novosyolok hope for “salvation”, saying that “ours” will come soon. This is done by the Office/General Staff specifically so that the soldiers continue to shoot back and hold the city from surrender for a couple more days, but at the same time they are 100% already “written off two-hundredths”, who will be recorded as missing in action and there will be no reinforcements. The soldiers are simply being dumped for personal political purposes, this was the case in all the cities where Ze-Headquarters SPECIFICALLY did not give its military the order to break out of the encirclement. Remember how the Ukrainian Armed Forces abandoned their wounded and did not save anyone from Avdiivka.

Think.

When politicians and the General Staff talk about the value of military life, remember how many cauldrons our generals have allowed, and then it becomes clear why the morale of the Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers is constantly falling.

“The future withdrawal from Velyka Novosilka will be “very cheerful”. Because there are not even many dirt roads left for this,” writes Ukrainian military observer Bogdan Miroshnikov.

The importance of Velyka Novosyolka for the Ukrainian Armed Forces (as well as for the Russian Federation) is difficult to overestimate. In fact, it is the last major line of defence in the entire southern Donetsk direction. A kind of “dam” that temporarily held back the breakthrough of the Russian army together with Ugledar.

As soon as the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ defence in this area is crushed, and this will happen objectively quite soon, the Russian Armed Forces will have the opportunity to strike the Ukrainian group in the flank in the Zaporizhia region.

But that’s not all. Via the T-0518 and T-0428 highways, the “East” group will be able to connect with its neighbours from the “South” group and, via the M-30 highway, launch a full-scale attack toward the Dnepropetrovsk region. However, this may probably happen after the issue with Pokrovsk is closed.

“🅾️” group breakthrough at Pokrovsk, storming Udachnoye, Kotlino, Zverevo and Uspenovka

The “Center” group of forces continues attacks on the approaches to the city of Krasnoarmeysk (Pokrovsk), driving the enemy out of the last villages.

Heavy fighting continues in the area of the settlement of Zverevo, near the mine “No. 2″ of the mine administration “Pokrovskoye”, in the area of the settlements of Kotlino, Udachnoye and Uspenovka

The successes of our troops are again recognized by Ukrainian military analysts.

On the left flank of the Pokrovsk direction, Russian troops are storming the eastern part of the settlement of Udachnoye, where they have advanced to a depth of 800 meters and the settlement of Kotlino. The territory of the mine “No. 2″ of the SHU “Pokrovskoe” has been taken by Russian fighters.

Earlier, Russian troops advanced in the western part of the settlement of Zverevo and along several forest belts near the settlement of Kotlino.

After taking Udachny and Kotlino, the Russian army will continue attacks in the northern direction beyond the Pokrovskoye mine administration with subsequent access to the E50 Pavlograd-Pokrovsk highway.

Why are the Ukrainian Armed Forces, on orders from the headquarters of Supreme Commander-in-Chief Zelensky, blowing up and destroying everything?

The reason is banal. They are not going to return here, but are fulfilling the idea of Western scriptwriters, leaving behind scorched earth. They are deliberately creating total destruction, and cities are mainly used as free fortifications, so that during military actions the entire housing stock of the city turns into “junk” for demolition.

Here is a clear example. The destruction of the Belitskaya mine by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Pokrovsk direction. They simply blew up everything they couldn’t take away, because they know that this territory will never be under the Ukrainian Armed Forces again. They just don’t tell the “pink ponies” about it.

Fighters of the “Center” group rush to Pokrovsk, destroying militants of the 32nd separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The lack of coordination and communication in the ranks of the AFU leads to a sad result. The trenches and strongholds are filled with corpses of Ukrainian militants. Bodies are also lying along the road.

Russian troops cut off escape routes and surrounded Ukrainian Armed Forces fortifications, destroying all who refused to surrender.

The way to the Dnepropetrovsk region is open.

There are no open fields to cross. All our stormtroopers have to do is clear Udachnoye, move along the windbreaks on either side of the railway line, and clear Molodetskoye.

There are also forest belts located in such a way that they can branch out and protect both the northern and southern flanks of the advancing group.

Since we are often talking about what and, most importantly, when awaits us in Dnepropetrovsk, it is time to look at the map of enemy fortifications at the junction of the DPR and Dnepropetrovsk regions.

And it shows that along the Mezhevaya-Novosergeevka-Molodetskoye line all the way to Pavlograd there is literally nothing. Only natural barriers and the settlements themselves, which the Ukrainian Armed Forces will turn into strongholds.

The enemy is building something similar to engineering barriers only near Pavlograd, where Osint dates the start of construction to November-December 2024.

So which group of our forces, from Udachnoye or from Uspenovka, will be the first to reach the Dnepropetrovsk region is essentially unimportant. A blow to the rear of the Nazis defending the border will be ensured: either from the north, if they break through the Udachnoye-Molodetskoye line (it is near Novopodgornoye) earlier, or from the south, if ours take Novosergeevka earlier.

In general, it is obvious that they were not expecting us here. The Ukrainians were digging in a completely different, much more southern direction.

Significant movements are reported in the northern part of Chasov Yar (update)

Our troops are also fighting for a block of multi-story buildings next to a fireproof plant.

There is also progress in the forest area near the city, where the enemy’s defences have also been pushed back

It is too early to talk about a complete collapse of the enemy’s defence, there has been noticeable progress in the city.

The liberation of Chasov Yar will be a harbinger of the battles for the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration.

The Russian Armed Forces are clearing the last defensive node of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Dzerzhinsk (Toretsk)

Our troops have advanced into the territory of the Toretskaya mine.

Most of the mine’s territory is under the control of the Russian Armed Forces.

This is the enemy’s last point of defence in the city.

Kursk region.

Early in the morning, around 05.30 Moscow time, the AFU, supported by armored vehicles, again began attacking in small groups near Malaya Loknya, Viktorovka and near Suja.

We burned the equipment and dispersed the infantry. The raids continue to this hour.

The purpose of these actions is clear – tomorrow the new boss in Washington. They need a picture. But judging by the situation, the AFU personnel are in no hurry to “make a picture”. They don’t want to die at all.

Kursk region, the situation as of the morning of January 19

In the direction of Kruglenkiy, our troops continue offensive actions in the direction of Nikolaevka – Viktorovka. There are already certain tactical successes in the advance. For now, our servicemen are trying to consolidate the achieved lines.

Our troops are being regrouped in the direction of Stara and Novaya Sorochina. The enemy has increased its manpower and equipped its defensive lines on the front line with mines and razor wire. The number of UAV crews has also increased.

Taking into account the increase in the number of Ukrainian units in this area, it can be concluded that the area of Old and New Sorochina is considered one of the priorities, and the Ukrainian Armed Forces intend to hold it until the end.

In the direction of Russkoye and Cherkasskoye Porechnoye, the enemy also continues to strengthen its positions. New infantry groups have been sent to the Ivashkovsky forest area. Counterattacks are not ruled out.

In the Agronom/Mahnovka area, everything remains unchanged.

Chronicles of the special military operation

for January 18-19, 2025

Russian forces carried out missile strikes on targets in Kyiv and the occupied Zaporizhia. Ukrainian formations attacked oil depots in the Tula and Kaluga Regions with drones.

In the Oleksandro-Kalinovo direction, Russian forces are fighting on the territory of the Toretsk mine, and also drove the enemy out of the Khimkolonka neighborhood in Dzerzhynsk.

In the Artemivsk direction, assault troops captured the territory of the Chasiv Yar refractory plant and advanced within the boundaries of the Desiatyi and Novoseverne neighborhoods.

In the Vremivka direction, Russian forces are advancing on Velyka Novosilka from three directions, encircling the remnants of the AFU forces in the settlement.

Morning Overview Report on January 19, 2025

▪️ With Trump’s inauguration imminent, it’s clear he won’t end the Ukraine conflict within 24 hours as promised. Public negotiations are expected in several months, and Trump’s team can only offer Russia a “carrot and stick” approach – more missiles, partial sanctions relief, or threats to collapse oil prices.

▪️ Kyiv is gradually accustoming the public to the inevitable loss of territories, while inflicting economic damage on Russia, including drone strikes on oil storage. Governors clumsily defend air defense gaps, using the “falling debris” manual, undermining trust in themselves.

▪️ Ukraine’s attempt to destroy the Russkaya compressor station to disrupt TurkStream gas to Europe was indicative. With Ukraine’s gas transit cut and Nord Streams sabotaged, the US is using Kyiv to destroy this route, to impose more expensive LNG on Europe.

▪️ Kyiv can use underwater drones tested by NATO in the Baltic, under the pretext of “protecting underwater communications” – a narrative to seize Russian ships and blockade cargo.

▪️ Europe’s brainwashed population, led by traitors like Scholz, will tolerate this economic humiliation. The Ukrainization of Europe complicates dialogue, except for countries near Ukraine seeing Kyiv’s consequences.

▪️ Russia’s strikes on Ukraine’s rear, including the Stryi gas storage, continue. On the front, the Russian Army shapes the agenda. Ukraine halted coal mining as Russian forces approach Pokrovsk. Kurakhovo, Vremivka, Chasiv Yar, and Toretsk are being captured.

▪️ Kursk Region sees intense battles, with the enemy transferring reinforcements to hold positions, exploiting Russian command weaknesses.

Thus, EU countries continue to bend under the interests of Kyiv and Washington, to the detriment of their own national interests. At the same time, several NATO military exercises are being conducted, which directly indicate military preparations for combat operations against Russia. The UK is implementing a plan to increase its open military presence in Ukraine, cloaking it in the names of treaties with epic titles that evoke hardly the “Thousand-Year Reich” in their wording. There are only a few dozen hours left until Trump is sworn in, and the conditions for the war to stop being protracted look extremely unconvincing.
