Upon Trump’s order, the FBI has finally declassified files on the CIA’s Involvement in Satanic Ritual Abuse and Child Sex Trafficking. Back in the late 1940s California FBI Director Ted Gunderson discovered that in the U.S. there was a secret widespread network of groups who kidnapped children and infants, and subjected them to Satanic ritual abuse and subsequent human sacrifice. This involved an international Child Sex Trafficking Ring run by the Vatican – the same who held the US’s stolen Gold.

That steal of the nation’s wealth came gradually over many years as the Deep State Global Elites, who had control over the US monetary system, spent the US Dollar into the ground – which by the 2008 so-called “Mortgage Crisis” – became a problem for international trade.

We could go on and on about where trillions of laundered US Taxpayer monies landed, mainly in the pockets of corrupt politicians. One of the biggest drain was where the US spent $350 Billion on fighting a war in Ukraine – the center of Child Sex Trafficking where Putin saved thousands of children. Now with Putin’s goal of Saving thousands of children from torture in Ukraine Underground Tunnels complete, destroying illegal bio-weapon labs in Ukraine and Trump in power, President Putin has announced that Russia and the United States have officially agreed to restore diplomatic relations.

Way back long before the fraudulent 2020 Presidential Election a Global Military Alliance representing all major countries joined together. When the Military realized that the Democrats had stolen the 2020 Election – such proven through their counting of Watermarked Ballots – they asked Trump to step down from the US presidency to become the Commander In Chief of the Military, which he did.  

And, so far Trump’s 3-D Chess moves have been amazing in this deadly battle between Good Against Evil.

First, in 2021 he hired US Attorney General for Utah John Huber and 740 investigators. They proceeded to gather evidence against Deep State Elites, hold Grand Juries in various states and come out with over 700,000 indictments.

With the US under soft Martial Law, the Military then began to secretly arrest those found guilty to have committed Crimes Against Humanity (mainly Child Sex Trafficking and pedophilia party politicians) and then who were blackmailed by the Deep State to commit Treason against their individual countries.

It was all about money – with the Deep State having control of the US Taxpayer dollars since the turn of the 19^th Century. Trump’s Military backers had known since at least the days of Presidents Lincoln and Kennedy that the Deep State had turned the entire DC Swamp into one big illegal money laundering machine.

That became obvious this week when Musk’s DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency)  uncovered the biggest US Taxpayer monies waste, fraud and abuse scandal in US history – verified by a DOGE investigation of  the privately owned by foreign bankers’ Federal Reserve’s gold that was supposed to be in Fort Knox. Rand Paul fought for TEN YEARS to access Fort Knox, but Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen BLOCKED him. Trump simply ordered it.

The DOGE audit found no gold in Fort Knox, at least none that belonged to the Fed.

It was just like the gold that was supposed to be inside the much larger than Fort Knox NY Fed vault connected via a secret tunnel to the JPMorgan gold vault … located below 1 Chase Manhattan Plaza right across Liberty Street in NY. Not much gold there anymore either. The same for the Bank of England’s gold vault. In 2012 it was packed, but was far emptier today.

Trump was moving all the gold back into the hands of the Republic for the United States of America’s new Treasury, including 650 plane loads out of a 150 mile long tunnel beneath the Vatican.Why? Because of Musk’s DOGE audit investigations of the Fed. It was US owned gold – not the Deep State’s.

Yet, many criticized Elon Musk for helping American Patriots save the Country. Secretary of Treasury Scott Bessent said that Democrats were spreading fear about DOGE because they were involved in the fraud: “This kind of fearmongering doesn’t help… it tells me that people are worried that they’re part of the waste, fraud, and abuse.”

DOGE just exposed that, until now, the US Treasury Department had no traceability for nearly $4.7 trillion in U.S. taxpayer funds. Among a host of other abuses, Elon Musk said that a government database showed that five million people over 140 years old still received Social Security benefits.

People thought all the fraud found in USAID records was bad. Wait until they see what’s been happening at the IRS. Stephen Miller just confirmed that foreign fraud rings have been using fake social security numbers & identities to steal billions of taxpayer benefits through the IRS and Social Security. “Over a 10-year normal budget window, you could be talking about saving over a trillion dollars by clamping down on massive fraud in our tax and entitlement systems, including again those carried out by organized fraud and theft rings.”

Who were the thiefs? The White Hat Global Military Alliance has already dismantled the control of Zionists and Global Elites. They arrested, executed or had under control those at the top, including the 13 Illuminati families, the Vatican, royal families, the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Soros, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, the Obamas and Clintons. We don’t know all of their outcomes, but have word that Bill Gates, the Obamas, Clintons, John Podesta, Anthony Fauci and 13 Illuminati families had been executed.

Utah Couple Fights for the Rights of the American Taxpayer

Have trillions of dollars in income tax paid by the American public over decades been UN- Constitutional?

 

That is what Ken & Barbara Cromar say, and they have sacrificed their very freedom for the cause.

 

Ken Cromar cites Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1, which states, “The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect taxes,… but all Duties, Imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States.” And, “No…direct, Tax shall be laid unless in Proportion to the Census…”. (Article 1, Section 9, Clause 4).

 

All nine Supreme Court Justices have agreed that the only federal income tax allowed is an “indirect unapportioned income tax”. But this is not what the IRS has been enforcing; they fraudulently claim the 16th Amendment allows for a “direct non-apportioned income tax”.

 

This statement by SCOTUS raises legitimate legal questions on the validity of whether the forms of income taxes paid by Americans for decades have been legal.

 

Cromar states, “Barbara and I have sacrificed everything we have in the world – our freedom, our home, many of our friendships and church associations, to be the torch bearers for this seminal cause. We as Americans must stand up and fight for our sacred rights protected by the Constitution. If we don’t, the very foundation and bedrock of America is threatened.”

 

Cromar further states, “Barbara and I have been politically persecuted for standing up to the limitless power of the IRS, we have been wrongfully convicted of ‘tax crimes’ we never committed, and I have been imprisoned, all because we want for us, our children and grandchildren, and all our fellow Americans to have our Constitutional rights respected and protected, especially when it comes to taxes.”

 

Cromar says, “Barbara and I hope that the Trump Administration and President Trump, who we feel has been a victim of this same type of ‘government weaponization’ and ‘lawfare’, would consider a Presidential Pardon for us in our ‘Barbie & Ken vs. Goliath IRS’ battle, so we can continue the fight for tax reform and champion the cause on behalf of the Constitution and all Americans.”

 

The Cromars are 30-year residents of Cedar Hills, Utah, have been married for 40 years, have 7 children and 11 grandchildren. Ken served as a Cedar Hills City Councilman (July 1994 to Jan. 2000) and has vigorously exposed city corruption which may have led to a weaponized IRS via anonymous whistle-blower attack on the Cromars. We pray we are Pardoned and returned to our home soon.

 

January 2018 — a weaponized IRS was unleashed on a Cedar Hills, Utah family, with a lawsuit in USA vs. Paul Kenneth Cromar and Barbara Ann Cromar (2:17-cv-01223-RJS) falsely claiming they owed $1,053,028.65 in federal income tax from 1998 to 2005. Without so much as a hearing before Chief Judge Robert J. Shelby, let alone a trial to prove the claim, IRS violated their rights and on June 25, 2019 sent in a US Marshal led SWAT of 13 with weapons drawn, and kicked them out of their house, making them homeless, without due process of law. When the IRS auction bidder failed to make the payment within 30-days, the Cromars moved back into their own home on April 23, 2020, which was still listed on the Utah County Record in their name. The Cromars used multiple lawful means to protect their home and property, including registered their Land Patent backed by 180 years of numerous unanimous Supreme Court decisions (no SCOTUS Justice has ever voted against them), from an illegal follow-up sale by IRS agent Gary Chapman, done in direct violation of USC 28 section 2001 and court order.

 

Five months after moving back into their home, the Cromars were hit September 24th, 2020, with a multi-jurisdictional para-military 75-man SWAT, which included 2 helicopters, 2 MRAPS (tanks), and multiple snipers, to remove the Cromars from their home of almost 30 years, when all they had to do is knock on the door and present a lawful warrant. Then, the State of Utah criminally prosecuted the Cromars for “burglary” of their own home, and convicted them while denying them their Constitutionally guaranteed choice of assistance of counsel (Sixth Amendment) Eugene Paul Richardson because he is not a “state licensed BAR attorney” and granting the prosecution’s motion to label the Cromars as “vexatious litigants” blocking all their court filings and critical preparation during the 9 months leading up to the June 27, 2022 trial, including Constitutionally guaranteed subpoenas to be compelled to testify (Sixth Amendment), including then IRS Commissioner of the IRS Charles Rettig.

 

April 19, 2023, federal prosecutors sought a secret grand jury sealed indictment against Ken, who again defended himself when his Constitutionally protected right to assistance of counsel was denied.

 

During trial in federal case 2:24-cr-00l59-HCN-DBP, Ken cross-examined the US Attorneys’ two veteran IRS star witnesses; 22 year “expert witness” agent John Jensen (SLC) and 38 year veteran John Joseph (Denver), and asked them both under cross-examination, “Can you point to the law that requires me to file federal income tax returns?” Under oath to tell the truth, neither IRS agent could do so. Both admitted they couldn’t identify the law that requires Ken (or anyone) to file federal income taxes.

 

During the 8-day trial, May 21-31, 2024, where he had stood without help alone against a US attorney team of 4, it took a sympathetic jury 3 days of deliberation, where he won one “NOT guilty”, but lost on two counts because of factually incorrect jury instructions by Judge Howard C. Neilson Jr., who incorrectly declared “ALL U.S. Citizens and residents” are required to pay federal income taxes, which insured conviction because they were sworn in to follow the judge’s interpretations on “the law”.

 

Then, December 23, 2024, this same judge decided to “make an example” of Ken and sentenced him to seven years in federal prison despite being challenged by Cromar regarding the SUPREME COURT’s newest IRS ruling in Moore vs US (June 20, 2024) that came out just days after the jury verdict, which provided a never-before-seen comprehensive historical overview of the federal income tax, from America’s founding to present date, documenting what it is, and what it isn’t. According to SCOTUS all nine justices agreed that there has NOT been a constitutionally authorized “direct apportioned income tax” since the Civil War, and that the 16th Amendment does NOT allow for a “direct non-apportioned federal income tax” as fraudulently claimed by the IRS for the last 60 years!

 

Additionally, JUSTICE and due process of law was denied Ken Cromar in the federal case which violated constitutional protections and 14th Amendment right to due process of law:

 

•         DENIED right to subpoenas to compel witnesses to testify in his favor (violation 6th Amendment)

•         DENIED right to assistance of counsel of choice because he was not a “licensed BAR attorney” (violation 6th Amendment)

•         DENIED right to access “papers and effects” on laptop needed for defense (violation 4th Amendment)

•         DENIED right to require testimony from IRS lead investigator though in court entire trial, and testimony of three critical witnesses (UN-indicted co-conspirators), two who left country and one who left because “mother was gravely ill” on deathbed (violation 6th Amendment)

 

Barbie and Ken are innocent! The federal and state judges were duped by the IRS into allowing an unlawful prosecution of the Cromars and convicted them of breaking “laws” they did not break, and which were falsely applied — terrorizing and stealing trillions of dollars from working Americans for decades while enriching the privately owned “Federal Reserve”, bankrupting the nation, and enslaving We the People. But thanks to “Barbie’s & Ken’s” courageous stand and eminent victory over “Goliath IRS” the giant is now falling!

 

It’s time to awaken this nation and expose the fraud and deceit imposed by the IRS’s fraudulent application of the 16th Amendment, their domestic terrorism, and set Americans free! • In 2016 it was confirmed that the Military would be in charge of a transition from the privately owned by private bankers US Inc. to the Republic for the United States of America through passage of the Military Justice Act of 2016, which states: 1. Military law surpasses civilian. 2. President and Commander-in-Chief are separate. 3. Military rules above federal government. The military leads this transition.
• In 2020 President Trump had 650 plane loads of US Taxpayer’s owned gold removed from the Vatican. The 1871 Corporation Act (of the privately owned by foreign bankers US Inc.) was dissolved in 2020. The gold was not placed in the privately owned by foreign bankers US Inc. Treasury at Fort Knox, but President Trump had it taken to it’s rightful owners – the new Republic for the United States of America Treasury located on an Indian Reservation near Reno Nevada.
• In 2020 when Trump took over that gold and the Federal Reserve, it ended the power of Israel, Ukraine, and the Khazarian Mafia. Putin was also helping to end that power. The Republic for the United States of America is the actual de jure government that our founding fathers gave us, and which was abandoned in 1871 when the US Inc. corporation took over Washington DC and eventually every level of government in the country.

• In 1871 the United States was abandoned and the US Inc. Corporation (controlled by foreign powers) took over.
• By 1913 US Inc. had managed to change the Constitution. Even though the act was never ratified by Congress, the independent foreign bankers formed the Federal Reserve and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) so that all US Taxpayer monies were paid to themselves as international bankers.
• The privately owned Rothschild family Bank also owned the Federal Reserve and IRS. Through their privately owned US Inc. corporation, they had complete control of US Taxpayer dollars and were charging the US Government interest to use their own monies.
• When President Trump formed “The Republic for the USA,” it changed all that. By Aug. 2020 Trump was able to roll US Taxpayer dollars that had been going to the Federal Reserve since 1918, into the new US Treasury near Reno Nevada.
• The de jure restored Republic for the United States of America is recognized by over 80 Countries and documented.
• The original plan to restore the republic, abandoned by corrupt, unprincipled men, was reviewed and approved by the Military from its inception relying on the Northwest ordnance to reinhabit the Republic.

The National leaders acknowledged him as a modern-day Founding Father of the Republic as well as a dear friend of President Tim Turner and “a great inspiration to many in the Republic.”
