The consequence is that the Governor Of Texas is weaker than other states Governor.
Rick Perry was the shortest serving Lieutenant Governor in history, Now in possession of a gold mine from Governor Bush, something that did not exist placed illegally in a public domain without due process. in December of 2000 he became Governor.
