Many Christians are trying to prophesy and making themselves into the laughing stock of the world
“Many false prophets and false teachers will arise in the last days and they will deceive and mislead many people, even the chosen ones, as and when they are able.” These prophetic words are being fulfilled today exactly as the chosen leader of Israel, Yeshua Messiah predicted nearly 2000 years ago. His words are true because He is the Son of YHWH God (Jesus to the Greeks). Many Christians masquerading as prophets, are making fools of themselves, and discrediting the name of Yeshua Messiah whom they claim to represent. But said that He will disown all who use His name but fail to obey His instructions. There are so many instructions and predictions in the bible (especially concerning the last days) that are seriously misunderstood or overlooked by bible scholars.
Most of these mistaken “prophets” are quite sincere and convinced in their bible studies, but they fail to read everything and take it all in, or more commonly, they read and think they have correctly interpreted and understood what they read and have an accurate perception of what they see happening in the world when in fact they are seriously mistaken. They have fixed ideas and distorted perspectives of the world, the chosen nation, the Good News and the Day of Judgment. They think that the Good News of God’s Kingdom and the coming Day of Judgment has already been announced when in fact a clear announcement by God’s authorized prophets has not gone out into the whole world in these last days. Only an unauthorized false gospel of peace and goodwill has gone out for nearly 2000 years.
These multitudes of mistaken “prophets” and bible scholars don’t know how to tell the difference between the unauthorized fakes and God’s true prophets or teachers. So many people have got things so very wrong, but the Key of Knowledge, (Luke 11:52 and Matthew 23:13) which is the reed like rod, (Revelations 11:1-3) a spiritual implement for measuring the worshippers, will test and identify God’s true prophets and teachers. If no prophets are at hand, the measuring rod can still test, and expose all the unauthorized prophets and teachers, so that we will know not to be deceived by them.
We can measure and confirm with 100% confidence that two thirds of everything they teach is incorrect – that applies to all of them, just as the prophets said it would be.

Cool article, MM.
This is why I try to maintain the distinction between Fact and Truth. These “prophets” believe that they are spreading “the Truth”. They’re convinced of it. However, what they’re telling us is clouded by their biases, interpretations, and human flaws. Surely, there are those (usually other “prophets”, or those equally devout) who will claim that one particular prophet is a liar, or demonic, or what have you. If you were to hook any of these people up to a polygraph, many, if not most, would pass because they truly believe in their Prophesy. To them, it’s the truth.
To get to the facts of the matter, is tricky. It requires evidence from an unquestionable source: God himself. You can’t point to the bible, because it was written by men, and is subject to interpretation (even if it is a literal interpretation). Words can be twisted, and made to mean whatever you want. There’s so many prophets, with so many different interpretations, that they all come off as relatively goofy. Connecting the dots, is not sufficient, when attempting to speak for the Almighty.
