Born to Mary and Joseph
Michael Joseph Cecil was born on April 3, 1950; the second of six children born to Mary Cecil and Joseph Cecil.
Mary and Joseph met at the United States Naval Training Center, Bainbridge (Cecil County), Maryland, in 1944. (The Nag Hammadi Codices were discovered in 1945.) And they were married on September 1, 1947–the year of the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls.
On December 1, 1974, he received the Vision of the “Son of man”–referred to in the book of Daniel and the Revelation of John, as the “Vision of Knowledge” in the “Thanksgiving Hymns” (1QH) of the Dead Sea Scrolls, as the “Vision of Wisdom” in 1 Enoch, and as the “Night Journey” of Mohammed in the Koran.
This Vision is symbolized in Genesis 3:24, is described poetically in Psalm 18:7-15, was received by Isaiah and Ezekiel, is referred to by Jesus in the Gospels (cf. Matthew 24:26-31), and is the principal Revelation underlying the last book in the Christian Bible–the Revelation of John.
On January 1, 1975 he received a Vision of world-wide destruction–including military confrontations; and earthquakes and tidal waves suggestive of a geo-magnetic field reversal–later understood (June, 1976) to be a Vision of the coming “time of trouble” (see Daniel 12:1).
On December 25, 1975 he received the Revelation of the “resurrection of the dead” (including the Revelation of the Memory of Creation–see Genesis 2:7–and the revelation of the memories of previous lives, as described metaphorically by Jesus in his reply to the Sadducees–see especially Luke 20:34-36.)
In August, 1976 he went to Washington, D.C. for the purpose of warning the religious officials there of the Prophecies he had received of the coming “time of trouble”.
He did not read the Koran until the Fall of 1978.
In February, 1979 he flew to Israel for the purpose of warning the religious officials in Jerusalem of the Truth about the Revelation and Doctrine of the “resurrection of the dead” and the Prophecies he had received of the coming “time of trouble”.
From June, 1976 until August, 1994 he sent letters to thousands of Jewish and Christian religious officials and hundreds of media officials in the United States informing them of the Prophecies he had received of the coming “time of trouble” and the Truth about the Revelation and Doctrine of the “resurrection of the dead”. (He received a Vision of a coming major earthquake in the United States on or about December 29, 1976; he received a specific Prophecy of a coming [deleted for security reasons] on or about August 11, 1979 (less than a month after Saddam Hussein assumed power in Iraq); and, in August, 1987 he received a Prophecy of what he presently understands will be the precipitating factor–a military incident between the United States and [deleted for security reasons]–of the coming “time of trouble”.) (On or about October 13, 2001, a coded version of this Prophecy was sent to several newsgroups on the Internet–a Prophecy which, Insh’allah, will be decoded after its fulfillment.)
And, from about the Fall of 1981 to August, 1994 (Yassir Arafat returned to Gaza in July, 1994), he sent letters to dozens of media officials, religious and academic officials, and politicians in Israel warning of these Prophecies and Revelations.
The only positive response he has received from a religious official was a request from a Shoshanna Emmanuel–a teacher at the Neve Yerushalayim School for Women in Jerusalem in 1981–requesting additional cassette tapes describing in detail the Truth about the Revelation and Doctrine of the “resurrection of the dead”. Instead, she was informed that she could make as many copies of the tapes for her students as she desired. (The original two or three tapes had been sent free of charge to seven schools of Torah in Jerusalem.) (This was several months prior to the Israeli invasion of Lebanon.)
From August, 1994 until the present his major focus has been on the sending of thousands of notes and replies to Internet newsgroups conveying the Revelations, but not the Prophecies, he has received.
In February, 1999 he created a web page summarizing his research up until that time on the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Nag Hammadi Codices; at 11 A.M. on the morning of September 11, 2001 he had his first appointment with a blog page designer for the purpose of designing his blog page (the date and time for this appointment had been set the previous week); and the present blog page was created in early November, 2001.
