( when the truth is I did not need to tell my brother or sister I bought a house, as it was my house I bought with my own money in a Suburb City we had lived in for over 8 years when I bought a new house with my money from my two story, and they lived far away in other areas and I hardly spoke to them or saw them and it would be none of their business at all in any way to be in, as I bought a house in our same area in 2005 with my real estate income I made, and with a swing loan from my 2 story house when I was a professional realtor and this was private. I got a swing loan for about $300,000.00 from my 2 story house I borrowed my equity from it when it was listed in 2005 and I put the money in the bank and bought the 1 story for about 1 mil with my 2 story house money, then I paid the money off in escrow with my seller proceeds when I sold my 2 story house for $750,000.00 which was in very nice tract home neighborhood in that suburb City where houses at that time in 2005 sold for $750,000.00 to $875,000.00.
