They put targeted individuals mortgage amount and bills and income in a Wells Fargo 20 to 30 year fixed rate loan qualification program and lie they cannot afford the house by their program when they did not get that type of loan and already own their house with the lender and the loan program their mortgage broker used to get them the loan and in the Wells Fargo fixed rate 20 to 30 year loan program they add $2,000.00 a month in expenses for marketing, restaurants and events and say if they do not quailfy by the program they can’t afford the house and say they run the people out.
2. Readings say they get a list each day or 4 times a day that shows who just bought a house and right away check the mortgage payment and type of loan and the persons income and run credit reports, and get bank statements secretly and put the information in their wells Fargo fixed rate 20 or 30 year mortgage program and say it does not compute in their system they start framing them to run them out.
3. They say they go by net income and not gross and many write mortgage interest off on the gross on their taxes, and their program goes by tax teturn income and they use the month they made the least amount of money and say see their mortgage and bills are too high for their income, and they do not get the yearly total of income and divide it by 12 months to get their monthly income average, then deduct their minimum payments, monthly nut they pay in bills, they lie they don’t make enough to own the property by a showing a month where they made less money,and they show receipts where they spent money for one month out of the whole year and add that in their monthly bills when the receipts should be divided by 12 months or years as they may buy furniture when they move in a new property and clothes every five years so the receipts should be divided to get a monthly average spent on clothes, and on household items furniture and things that are in a temporary spending period and they frame people to look like they can’t afford their home they already own, quaified to buy, and that they put alot of money into in the down payment, in updating it, in furniture for it

Readings say they are targeting alot of people who just moved into a house or apartment, and do their loan program to see if everything computes right away, and target alot of single Mothers,divorced Moms and unwed Parents, and attractive familys and people who are hard workers who are ambitous and productive, who have a business to rob, people they can keep stealing alot of money from after they run them out of their homes.

They say if they do not pay loan balances down they target them they say they hate people who have money in the bank for reserves for bills, it makes them mad they do not pay down loan balances and lie they hoard money by keeping it in the bank, and say they should think of interest they are paying on the loan they got, when the people with high interest loans can write the interest off on their taxes, and they go by their monthly nut minimum bill payment amounts and can pay their bills by their income just fine, and the loan program a mortgage broker so called banking mortgage investigation department uses budgets $2,000 for food at markets and restaurants and for events when the T is may spend $400 a month at the market and cook in the home they own.

They hate neg am loans, and people who get second loans and who do not pay loan balances down or off who have money in the bank, and many have money in the bank for the next months bills or for 2 to 4 months bills and they choose to pay the minimum payments each month when they are due, and many are parents they target who are not concerned about secured debt loan balances, as they feel they will someday sell or refinance to a 40 year low rate type loan, and pay things off or down when their kids grow up, and they like investing their money in their property knowing they will someday sell and get the money back they spent on the mortgage plus more probably and its a better teturn then having money in the bank and they may consolidate debt or refinance a car to cut the payment in half, stretch their dollar at the market by cooking at home, and they would rather pay a mortgage and  own a home and save on other things, and they run them out and lie they can’t afford their property they already own and want to continue owning.
8. They case the houses and apartments out with spy cams on Trees, curbs, mail boxes, porches, garage doors, car hoods and rob them blind to frame them to look like they can’t afford the house by ruining income by gang stalker spy cams they steal by.

They transfer their income and earnings out of their bank accounts with a bank account, when they deposit income and large deposits like money from their house they sold that they put in the bank instead of it all going down as the down payment on the house they bought, and some do 100 percent financing and keep all the money they made selling in the bank, and they hate this type and target them, and they siphen out a few thousand to ten thousand or more at a time with a banker passcode, and say see they are not paying down bill balances and have money in the bank so are taking it out to a floater account and going to run their finances secretly and pay bills off because of th way they run their finances and gang stalkers steal bills from houses and apartments, and old bills they already paid, and frame them with bills and then pay bills that are not due or owed a few times with their money they stole to frame them to look bad to banks and post offices to say see all the bills, and see they had money in their savings they could have paid them with etc. so they hate people who have loan balances and balances on bills and cash in the bank, and lie they are hoarding money and lie they are a bad person for doing this, when they are mature respsponsible grown up adults and responsible parents and home owners who have reserves in the bank for bills for months to come so they do not have to borrow money or charge, so they can breathe work and live happily in their family home, and in case they need money for an emergency like a flood or if they are laid off like covid 19 was etc. and they do not want to pay balances off on the 1st of the month then be strapped all month, and the mortgage so called investigation division who frames targeted individuals says they should not spend one extra dime on anything is they need to pay down balances and the targeted individuals think pay the minimum amount and no more and many are ones who do not charge that they target they pay cash for things and use their atm card,and keep cash in the bank they transfer to their checking on the 1st to pay bills, and readings say they run them out by defrauding frame ups
