Homo sapiens

After the string of evolutionary steps beginning with Ediacaran worms, then extending to Pronconsul, Ardipithecus and the rest of the hominines, there is not much left to produce Homo sapiens, the human being from its predecessors Homo floresiensis and Homo erectus. Humans have an enlarged braincase, reduced temporal openings, a reduced snout, a prominent forehead, smaller teeth, a chin, smaller mandible. The arms are shorter and the legs are longer.
Homo neanderthalensis has not yet been scored for the LRT.
