`The FBI is hopping mad. Technology is helping terrorists and killers block their investigations and stop their eavesdropping/surveillence.New Yrk and Ca have banned a new Iphone over encryption. State and ferderal law enforcement takes it’s spyin/eavesdroppng seriously and gets outragged when potential suspects can block their “investigation.” And tgey want to ‘investigate’ anybody. .
People are scared enough to give up their right to be fre of warrantless searches without protest and authorrities are ready to take those librights and surveil everybody. They have so much information now, they can’t analyse allmof it.
n Tuesday, FBI Director James Comey told the Senate Intelligence Committee that encryption found on smartphones is “overwhelmingly affecting” law enforcement investigations and operations, reports Reuters.
“It is a big problem for law enforcement armed with a search warrant, when you find a device that can’t be opened even when a judge said there’s probable cause to open it”, Comey said. But judging from the react sourceion on Twitter, others clearly were puzzled by the FBI director’s magical thinking. source
