Push To Have RFK Confirmed As HHS Head Fails To Highlight Variables involved In Battle For Healthcare Change

There is increasing polarization surrounding the nomination of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (RFK, Jr.) to head the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). To those who oppose RFK, Jr., his nomination threatens the current “status quo”, where pharmaceutical company “sorcery” reigns supreme. Supporters of RFK, Jr. to head HHS highlight his commitment to transparency, prevention of illness, finding root causes of chronic diseases, personal autonomy, and “overhauling America’s healthcare system”.

  • Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is nominated to lead HHS, aiming to overhaul America’s healthcare system with a focus on prevention and addressing chronic disease root causes.
  • His approach emphasizes transparency, personal autonomy, and reducing reliance on pharmaceuticals, targeting poor nutrition, environmental toxins, and lifestyle factors.
  • Kennedy’s nomination faces strong opposition from mainstream medical groups and lawmakers, who criticize his views on vaccines and alternative medicine.
  • The Senate confirmation hearing is a pivotal moment, with grassroots action urged to support Kennedy’s vision for a healthier, more resilient future.

In a pivotal moment for America’s healthcare system, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is poised to lead the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) if confirmed by the Senate.

Kennedy, a staunch advocate for addressing the root causes of chronic diseases, has drawn fierce opposition from mainstream medical groups and lawmakers who fear his nomination could disrupt the status quo. With chronic disease rates at an all-time high and millions of Americans suffering from preventable illnesses, Kennedy’s confirmation hearing represents a rare opportunity to overhaul a broken system. But will the Senate seize this chance, or will entrenched interests prevail?

First of all, the HHS is an unconstitutional government agency. The Constitution does not authorize the federal government to have power over healthcare. That power rests with the States or the people as indicated by the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution for the united States of America. When the federal government exerts power over healthcare in any manner, it has engaged in usurpation, removing power from the States or the people, in violation of the Tenth Amendment.

There is no doubt there is a big problem with the American healthcare system. While many claim the “health care” system is broken, they fail to recognize the overtake of the system and then government usurpation of authority of the States and/or the people. The system was overtaken in the early 20th century by the Rockefellers. It was at that point the system suffered a major “overhaul”. The focus centered on pharmaceutical intervention for most everything. In other words, “every diagnosis should have a pharmaceutical intervention (pill)” so Rockefeller could gain monetary wealth by producing “pills” using his petroleum empire. This system has been in place for over 100 years and has metastasized into the giant it is today. Also, you have to add into the mix federal, state and private health care insurance; government regulations; the private conglomerates operating hospitals and physician offices; and, the demonization of preventative measures and “natural” treatments.

Overhauling the medical system in America threatens the current “medical” establishment. More than that, it is calling for government to perform a task it is unauthorized to do in the Constitution.

Kennedy’s approach to healthcare is rooted in prevention, transparency, and personal autonomy. He has long criticized the pharmaceutical industry’s dominance, arguing that the current system prioritizes profit over health. Instead of relying on an ever-growing arsenal of drugs to treat symptoms, Kennedy advocates for addressing the underlying causes of chronic diseases: poor nutrition, environmental toxins, sedentary lifestyles, and stress.

We are getting sicker and less resilient, not healthier and more resilient,” Kennedy has said, pointing to the alarming rise in chronic illnesses like diabetes, heart disease, and autoimmune disorders. His vision includes eliminating harmful chemicals from food and the environment, promoting scientific transparency, and expanding access to natural therapies. These reforms, he argues, would empower individuals to take control of their health and reduce the burden on an overstretched healthcare system.

Many of the interventions Kennedy proposes can be controlled by the individual. Personal autonomy is exercising informed consent, taking responsibility for one’s actions and inactions, and being proactive in managing one’s life. Individuals can control their nutritional intake by the choices made regarding food – choosing whole foods over processed food; growing as much of your own food as possible using organic methods; and, reading labels to identify toxins currently in the food supply.

With much of the population engaged in “sedentary” jobs and then a “sedentary” lifestyle, it is important to make the choice to exercise. Outdoor activities such as gardening, yard work, and walking the dog can provide more exercise than you think. Exercise can also help reduce stress. Other stress reducers can be playing or listening to music, studying the Word of God, prayer, and creative activities – sewing, building things, painting, pottery, preserving bounty from the garden, and cooking.

All of this can help address the root causes of chronic diseases. Taking responsibility for one’s self can offer the individual power and control over their own health. Remember, you can choose not to take pharmaceutical products for many chronic diseases, opting for natural methods instead. It takes some research and commitment, but it is possible. Usually, at this point, it is prudent to point out not to begin any alternative regimen without consulting your physician. Just be mindful that your physician is part of this current system.

When speaking of harmful chemicals in food, it has to be pointed out that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has allowed manufacturers to place those into their products we then consume. Likewise, corporate manufacturers, the government at all levels, and utility companies have been responsible for the majority of chemicals and toxins that have entered the environment, which we also consume through the air, water, and food. The FDA has also “approved” products for medicinal use that have proven to be harmful to the health of individuals. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), created unconstitutionally at the federal level, was intended to stop this practice and engage in clean-up. But, as we have witnessed, the EPA has been weaponized against the American people, just like every federal agency created constitutionally or unconstitutionally.

We have to recognize that federal government usurpation has caused many of the problems we currently face. Instead of leaving the management of many issues to the States or the people, the federal government usurped authority over those issues. As we have seen, it has done a poor job regarding those issues. You can bet if left to investigate and “change” itself, government will not find fault in itself and will ultimately make things worse.

Despite the urgency of the chronic disease crisis, Kennedy’s nomination has sparked backlash from the medical establishment. A coalition of 15,000 doctors has urged the Senate to reject his confirmation, claiming his views on vaccines and alternative medicine are “dangerous.”

Hawaii Governor Josh Green, a practicing physician, has gone further, lobbying lawmakers in Washington to block Kennedy’s appointment. “Our children’s lives depend on it,” Green wrote in a New York Times op-ed, accusing Kennedy of spreading misinformation during a 2019 measles outbreak in Samoa.

The opposition to Kennedy’s nomination reflects a broader resistance to change within the healthcare industry. As the Alliance for Natural Health (ANH) notes, “Fear is a natural reaction to change, and mainstream medicine is scared.” The ANH, a nonpartisan organization dedicated to advancing natural health, has thrown its support behind Kennedy, calling his nomination a “unique opportunity” to reform a system that has failed millions of Americans.

The “backlash” occurring in the medical and scientific community has nothing to do with “protecting health”. It has everything to do with protecting their “authority” and money train. Scientific transparency, which allows for debate, rebuttal, informed consent, and critical thinking, threatens the medical-scientific industrial complex. This complex is woven throughout government, particularly in the legislation, since the pharmaceutical companies donate to many House and Senate campaigns. Moreover, members of both chambers benefit greatly through being able to “insider trade” with stocks in the pharmaceutical companies as was uncovered during the CONvid-1984 planned scam-demic. Don’t forget, the government, through “health” agencies and the military-industrial complex unconstitutionally fund “scientific” research. This stifles transparency. It is the same with the pharmaceutical-industrial complex.

It is going to take more than confirming RFK, Jr. as the head of HHS to reform a system that government has overtaken and been complicit in building, promoting and sustaining. RFK, Jr. will have to deal with the lower-level employees in the HHS, responsible for daily operations, who are intent on maintaining the status quo as dictated by their ideology.

The author of the piece at Natural News lays out some reasoning to support RFK, Jr.

Kennedy’s critics often overlook the fact that his proposals are grounded in science and common sense. For example, his push to ban harmful food additives like Red No. 3 aligns with growing public concern over the safety of processed foods. Similarly, his emphasis on environmental toxins reflects a growing body of research linking chemicals like pesticides and plastics to chronic illnesses.

Moreover, Kennedy’s commitment to transparency and accountability could help restore public trust in institutions like the FDA, which has been criticized for its close ties to the pharmaceutical industry. By prioritizing prevention and empowering individuals to make informed choices, Kennedy’s approach could reduce healthcare costs and improve outcomes for millions of Americans.

RFK, Jr. has done very critical and important work when it comes to environmental toxins that can lead to chronic illnesses. And, his organization, Children’s Health Defense, has been instrumental in exposing problems with toxins and vaccines, as well as the government behemoth that has allowed these travesties to occur and continue to occur against the people through cozy relationships with private companies. But, one man being head of the federal government department of HHS – an unconstitutional department that is part of the behemoth – cannot be expected to “overhaul” a system, correct all issues, and improve the health of individuals without individuals taking responsibility for allowing this behemoth to develop and taking responsibility for our own choices.

Don’t come away from reading this as this writer being opposed to or supporting the nomination and possible confirmation of RFK, Jr. as head of HHS. The purpose of this article is to inform the people on the uphill battle RFK, Jr. and the people face and highlight what we as individuals can do to help ourselves through simple choices we can make. If we want real change, we are going to have to fight for it. That fight begins at the local level.

We can affect change through what is being released into our environment. Some towns and county residents have successfully lobbied their local government to remove fluoride from the water system. Residents can lobby their local government to prevent corporations from contaminating the environment with toxins they release into the air and water. There are also government entities that release toxins into the environment. Residents can lobby locally to stop it.

At the State level, residents can lobby for the State to allow naturopathic practitioners in the State. As of now, there are 26 jurisdictions (States, DC and territories) that have allowed practice of naturopathic practitioners. Looking at the map at the referenced source, the push for allowing naturopaths to practice in all States is growing. It is recognized by the people as a need and an integral part toward a healthier lifestyle. Residents can also lobby their State to restrict toxins released by corporations into the environment. You can also lobby States against mandating vaccines in order to attend public indoctrination centers known as schools. Mandates remove personal autonomy and deny informed consent. Moreover, no one should have to file an “exemption” to exercise proper informed consent.

This is certainly not all-inclusive, but it is a start. Remember, this is a long-haul fight since we are up against an industry that has enjoyed riding roughshod over the public while making massive amounts of profits off our chronic illness, most of which has been caused by that industry. It won’t change in four years. It took many decades to build and it will take many decades to change it. Reform of the system may not be possible, which is a variable we need to consider. In the meantime, we should take responsibility for ourselves and do what we can individually and as a people to affect change in our local and State environments.
