Emergency services rescued families in the town of Haughton after at least three people were killed and thousands evacuated when flash flooding swamped large areas of Louisiana Ste on Wednesday. A state of emergency has been declared in the region over fears that millions may be affected in what the National Weather Service has described as a ‘historic’ flooding event. Source: youtube
