Brian D. Hill in danger, held hostage as US Judge declared his evidence of fraud will not be considered

Brian D. Hill the former news reporter of USWGO alternative news is in danger. Brian the alternative newsman is being held hostage by the U.S. Probation Office, U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security, and U.S. Attorney Office working under the U.S. Department of inJustice. Lies are being allowed by federal judges while the federal judges scoff at Brian telling the truth and filing evidence supporting his truths. His family’s truths. Evidence is supposed to matter in the United States of America.

Now the corrupt U.S. District Court judge Thomas T. Cullen had entered an order saying that he will take no evidence into consideration of what was submitted by criminal defendant Brian Hill before the rigged hearing set for February 18, 2025 at 11 AM. This will be at the Roanoke, VA federal courthouse. It is recommended that all alternative media attend this hearing as they set Brian up for a fake probation violation accusations while Brian submitted evidence proving his now-deceased former probation officer Jason McMurray allowed Brian to use a desktop computer off of the internet, allowed Brian to play video games without monitoring software, and allowed Brian to watch TV. Brian had filed evidence which contradicts the possibly false/dishonest statements by the United States Attorney for the western district of Virginia in Roanoke.

The Probation Officer Jason McMurray died on October 27, 2024, and the DHS t-shirt wearing Probation Officer Workman filed her lies and propaganda on October 28, 2024 (date of her sworn affidavit) with the court. It even said Brian legally recorded a conversation with his probation officer on April 25, 2024. Then the U.S. attorney accused Brian of violating the Virginia wiretapping law and federal wiretapping law for recording in his own home. This contradicts the claim made by USPO Workman under penalty of perjury that the recording was conducted lawfully. This DOJ is after Brian Hill as if Brian were a J6 defendant. This is the standard where the persecute innocent people in a war on truth.

1. Brian filed an affidavit stating that USPO Jason McMurray, his now-deceased former probation officer, had permitted Brian: to play video games including Playstation and Nintendo Switch without a monitoring software and without internet, watching ROKU shows like Mandalorian (Star Wars show) with his mother without a monitoring software, allowing a desktop computer without internet usage and without a monitoring software. It appears that Brian submitted audio recordings of his conversations with Jason McMurray. It appears to be 19 separate audio recordings. This would be considered hard evidence to any seasoned lawyer. Hill of USWGO Alternative News. According to the affidavit, Jason said he would never mess with Brian’s legal work and pro se legal operations. According to legal scholars, messing with Brian’s pro se legal work amounts to interfering with attorney/client privilege materials. Haylea Workman wants the right to sift through Brian’s legal papers and search Brian’s legal work and evidence which violates the essential legal mechanism of attorney/client privilege. The U.S. Probation Office wants the right to interfere with and retaliate against Brian at any time for anything he files with the state and/or federal courts. This is an assault on Brian’s procedural due process of law and substantive due process of law.
2. Brian filed a printed copy of the obituary of his former probation officer Jason McMurray. Proving that this favorable witness to his case had died a day before Haylea Workman had executed her declaration with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
3. Haylea had accused Brian Hill of posting on Justiceforuswgo.wordpress.com blog as another person when his friends and family have a constitutional 1st/first amendment free speech/free press right to post on the blog about his legal case.
4. Brian filed evidence from his mother and grandparents proving that Brian is not delusional in his claim of actual innocence and claim of dirty tricks since his family have typed up similar things and writings. Brian’s family all have claimed to have read over the discovery materials in Brian’s criminal case. That would make them witnesses to the very evidence the U.S. Attorney Office had used against Brian in his original child pornography case based on what the prosecution had given the grand jury. 5. Brian filed copies of the threatening emails from TOR-based anonymous email providers, as well as the evidence they all were reported to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as well as the Virginia State Police. Two special agents from the VA Police were named in the affidavit as to being involved in a visit to Brian’s mother’s home. They took no further action or investigated further due to the prosecutor Glen Andrew Hall, Esq. acting as though no crime was ever committed by anybody involved in Brian’s case. A threatening email is a criminal matter but Andy Hall doesn’t care about crimes being committed against Brian. 6. Brian filed another audio disc with an audio recording from what appears to be one of his probation officer visits while under Haylea Workman.
7. Brian filed an affidavit explaining why and how he gave a false confession at Mayodan Police Department in the state of North Carolina. Explained that they confused him with discussing subject matters of adult pornography and child pornography. That they were discussing adult women and one of the detectives talking about granny porn from what Brian remembered when he heard the audio of his confession during his incarceration. Brian explained they had manipulated his autism spectrum disorder which is a neurological disability and a communications disorder. They manipulated his autism to obtain the false confession using the REID TECHNIQUE. The Innocence Project brought up the issues of the Reid technique in obtaining false confessions from suspects in a criminal investigation. In fact they said: “False confessions occur more than most people think and result from a variety of factors, including the use of coercive and deceptive tactics during an interrogation.”. The affidavit where Brian explained the detectives were discussing adult pornography and women with him would confuse Brian into believing that adult porn and child porn were similar according to the detectives. That’s not true, but detectives using lies/deception, and trickery to obtain a confession. So deception was used to obtain this false confession using his autism, using his neurological brain damage against him. Also, Dennis Debbaudt said questioning somebody with autism can produce a false confession and misleading statement. Dennis said: “Follow procedure, but also follow your gut instincts if you feel that something isn’t ‘quite right’ with the subject of your investigation. Like the old adage, if the statement or confession is too good to be true, it probably is.” Brian did give a false confession and explained it really well in his affidavit.
8. Brian also spoke of the State Bureau of Investigation case file with download dates which would be impossible such as downloading for 11 months after the computer was seized by law enforcement. Shank which verifies that multiple people reviewed over this report and no reported corrections were made. So it did say that it was downloading for 11 months after his computer was taken away from him by Mayodan PD. This is evidence tampering, manufacturing evidence of child porn. It is child porn planting. This should have cleared Brian of even the single count of possession of child pornography. Brian is innocent based on this fact alone.

Judge Cullen has made the decision in his order that he will not take any of Brian’s submitted evidence into consideration. He is ignoring Brian’s former (deceased) Probation Officer Jason McMurray who reportedly supervised Brian from 2015 to 2023. A large chunk of Brian’s supervision history and characteristics will be ignored by this judge. This judge is ignoring and disregarding all audio recordings. He is ignoring the affidavits, and the medical records. He is ignoring any and all credible evidence. Instead this crooked tyrant judge is accepting the lies and propaganda from the U.S. Government. Brian is innocent but this judge doesn’t want to recognize Brian’s innocence at all.

It is clear as day that the hearing on February 18, 2025, will be a rigged proceeding. This judge will put more restrictions on Brian’s supervised release and refuse to accept anything other than the U.S. Government’s lies and evidence. They will not accept the evidence proving Brian’s compliance under USPO McMurray. They will ignore any and all favorable evidence of Brian.

When a judge declares in his order that he will not take any of Brian’s hard evidence into consideration, then it is clear that this judge will run a kangaroo court against Brian and rig the proceedings. Just like with the J6 defendants.

It is clear that Brian is being held hostage by the U.S. Government and the U.S. Courts.

Judge Cullen is showing his true colors before the hearing will even begin. Hopefully with enough things filed on the docket, Brian at least has a fighting chance in the court of public opinion. Brian has proven his innocence in the court of public opinion. Will he be pardoned???
