In the above figure, red arrows and green arrows point to tiny rectangles/circles on a man-made rock abraded by Mars rover Perseverance. The tiny rectangles/circles show high technology of Martians, because they are neither rock minerals/crystals, nor cells of life. Image width: about 4.2 centimeters.

Added on Jan. 3, 2025: Why they were not cells of life

In the above figure, red/green arrows point to some tiny rectangles that measure more than 90 micrometers across, which are too large for cells of life. Although wood’s vessel elements can be 250 micrometers across, vessel elements are circular, not rectangular, in the transverse section.

Added on Jan. 7, 2025: No rocks show the above-mentioned pattern of circles/rectangles.
