Mexico and Panama have come to terms with Trump. Rubio is now in El Salvador.

Note: I’m not sure if Panama is out of the woods yet. Trump seems to really want the Panama Canal. After the snorefest that was the Biden era, rumor has it that Week 3 will speed up even further.
